The location of the accommodation was excellent, only a short walk away from the main attractions of the city. the rooms were well maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. the host was also very good at communicating and providing information before our arrival.

One major drawback was the limited parking space. It was a steep drive that could only accommodate a small car.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely property in a great location, less than 5 minutes from the train station. the house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including 3 bathrooms which were very useful for our group of 5 adults. It was a nice touch to have biscuits and wine left as a welcome gift. the host was a good communicator, providing all the information we needed before our arrival. the rooms were well-maintained and the kitchen was well-equipped with tea, coffee, and cooking facilities. a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it to others. Cons: Couldn't fault anything. 😊.

Great location near Exeter St Davids! We had the pleasure of staying at this holiday home during our trip to Exeter. The property is conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers like ourselves.

    En-suite toilet issue.

The free parking is a steep drive that would only fit a smart car. We parked on the road but when we got back from the event someone was parked across the middle of the drive and there was nowhere to park. The macerator upstairs isn't brilliant. When we arrived there was a large poo in the loo, it filled with black bits when I had a shower and made noises in the night.

    Parking inconvenience

Amazing location, super clean property with jaw-dropping interior design and thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and biscuits. The owner, Monica, was incredibly responsive and even brought an iron at short notice. We loved the spaciousness, especially the comfortable master bedroom. Having Netflix was a fantastic bonus, and the quiet road ensured a peaceful night's sleep. a mind-blowing stay that I would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently stayed at a holiday home in Exeter for a weekend getaway. The host was great at communication, providing all the necessary information before our arrival. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with two en-suite bathrooms and an additional main bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the provided tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and everything worked perfectly. It was a pleasant change from a typical hotel stay and I would highly recommend it.

    I recommend this hotel.

The location of the holiday home was excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral. The property itself was clean, modern, and had a great interior design. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. We were impressed with the amenities provided, including towels, bedding, and even a bottle of wine and biscuits upon arrival. The inclusion of Netflix was also a nice bonus. The communication from the owners was good and they were responsive to our needs. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

. We found it a bit challenging to figure out the heating system, and it was quite cold during our October visit.

Stayed in a lovely holiday home with free parking. Had a great time exploring and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended!

Oh, the downstairs bedrooms were just delightful - dark, damp, and not at all cozy. And don't get me started on the lumpy beds and limited crockery in the kitchen.

Great location near the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The house was comfortable and spacious, with two showers and three toilets. The master bedroom was particularly enjoyable, with a comfortable bed and the option to sleep with the window open for a pleasant breeze.

The downstairs bedrooms felt dark and damp, lacking in coziness. The beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.
